Buying for a Crowd: The Group Bundle Guide

Buying for a group is a different procurement problem than buying for yourself: profiles disagree, someone always under-plans, and the host eats the mismatch. The bundle shelf solves it better than singles — here is the group-buying playbook.

Rule one: mixed profiles beat one big buy

The classic group mistake is one 5-pack of the host’s favorite. Twenty minutes in, half the room is politely declining a flavor they did not choose. The countermove: small-format variety. Six Snowplus Dash 5+1 units at $70.98 give a group six flavors for the price of one-and-a-half big tanks — and guests self-select without waste.

Rule two: size to the room

Rule three: one anchor, many satellites

The pattern that works: one high-capacity anchor for the committed vapers (a Rave 50K or Pulse X2), surrounded by small-format satellites for the casuals. The committed burn through the anchor, the casuals each finish one Dash, and nothing half-full gets abandoned in a corner at 2am.

Rule four: the shortage insurance

Group consumption runs 30–50% above the sum of individual estimates — a behavioral constant of shared supply. Budget one extra unit per three guests, and buy it before the weekend. The 5-pack shelf exists precisely so that insurance costs fifteen dollars instead of a mid-party supply run.
