Welcome to www.vapmo.com. By opening or using this website you accept these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and Vapmo. The site exists for adults: you must be at least 21 years old in the United States — or of legal vaping age where you live, if that is higher — to access it or place an order, and by continuing you confirm that you qualify. Our products are consumer items intended for adults who already vape or smoke; they are not smoking-cessation products, they should be used responsibly and in moderation, and misuse is strongly discouraged. We accept no liability for adverse effects caused by improper use. Content, prices and availability may change without notice.
The text, graphics, images, code and other material on this website belong to Vapmo and are protected by United States and international copyright law. You may download or print portions of the site purely for personal purposes such as placing an order. Any other reproduction, distribution or transmission of the content is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by www.vapmo.com, and unauthorized use may result in legal action.
You agree not to misuse the site — for example by accessing it when you do not meet the legal-age requirements, breaking applicable laws, or interfering with the website's functionality or security. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities
Age Requirements & Age Verification
Vapmo sells age-restricted products, and only to customers who satisfy every legal minimum that applies. Buyers of tobacco, nicotine or other age-restricted vaping products in the United States must be at least 21 years old.
Placing an order confirms that you meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction and agree to complete any age or identity checks requested by Vapmo, its verification partners, payment providers or carriers. Orders can be refused, held or cancelled if required verification cannot be completed.
Where a delivery requires an adult signature, an adult aged 21 or over must present valid government-issued identification and sign for the shipment.
Product Use & Limited Warranty
Products bought from Vapmo must be used, charged, stored and handled according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Except for the return, DOA and 30-day vape-device limited warranty protections set out in our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy, and except where applicable law provides otherwise, Vapmo offers no warranties beyond those expressly stated.
Misuse, accidental damage, improper charging, water exposure, unauthorized modification or repair, abnormal storage, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions is not covered by the limited warranty.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Participation Disclaimer
Vapmo cannot review every message or piece of content that visitors post or send, and we are not responsible for material created by users. Even so, www.vapmo.com may block, remove or decline any communication that is abusive, fraudulent, misleading, infringing or otherwise unacceptable, at our discretion.
User Content, Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
If you send us material — at our request (a competition entry, for example) or on your own initiative, such as ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans or other content, whether online, by email or by post (together, “comments”) — you agree that Vapmo may at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use those comments in any medium. We are under no obligation to keep comments confidential, to pay for them, or to respond to them.
You warrant that your comments will not breach anyone's copyright, trade mark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right, and will not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material or any virus or malware capable of harming the site or related systems. Do not use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent where a comment came from. You alone are responsible for the comments you make and for their accuracy.
User Content reflects its authors, not Vapmo. We do not review submissions before they appear, we do not endorse them, and they do not represent our opinions or policies. If Vapmo chooses to monitor the site, it does so without taking responsibility for User Content, without any obligation to modify or remove inappropriate submissions, and without liability for the conduct of the users who post them — while retaining the right to remove anything that breaches this agreement or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion. Any reliance on User Content is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that it cannot be treated as authoritative.
Your Vapmo Account
You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for everything done through them. Vapmo accepts no responsibility for misuse of your account. We sell only to adults of legal smoking or vaping age, and to confirm that, we may check the personal information you supply — including through third-party age-verification services, credit-reference agencies, the electoral roll and similar databases or agencies. Anyone below the legal age may be refused service, and Vapmo and its affiliates may close such accounts immediately.
Your Information
Information you give Vapmo, including personal details and order data, is processed under our Privacy Policy, which is published on this site. Where a law or regulation requires it, personal and order information may be passed to government authorities.
Using the site means you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy. We may revise it at any time and will publish the current version on the site; if you ever disagree with it, you should stop using the site immediately.
Payment Terms
Orders must be paid in full when placed, using one of the methods offered at checkout. By ordering you confirm your payment details are accurate and authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount due. For operational reasons, payments may be routed through an alternative gateway or account nominated by Vapmo or its authorized partners, and depending on jurisdiction or operational needs Vapmo or a partner may act as seller of record for a transaction. Prices, taxes and any applicable fees are shown clearly before you pay, and we may cancel any order affected by payment issues, suspected fraud or other irregularities.
Shipping
After payment and any required age or order verification, most orders are processed within 1–3 business days; eligible U.S. orders then generally spend 2–5 business days in transit after dispatch, unless checkout quotes a different estimate.
Processing times, delivery methods, transit estimates, shipping restrictions, tracking, adult-signature requirements, returned packages and shipping charges all follow the Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy published on Vapmo.com at the time the order is placed.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship within the quoted time, we will notify you and, where the law requires it, offer you the option of accepting the delay or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.
Vapmo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, transport disruptions, holidays, government restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, though our support team will assist with reasonable tracking inquiries and carrier investigations where appropriate.
Shipping Restrictions
Vapmo may restrict, refuse or cancel any order whose destination is prohibited, restricted or unserviced under applicable federal, state, local, carrier or delivery-service requirements.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and complete any required age-verification or adult-signature procedures. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any applicable refund is handled according to the circumstances and our published policies.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law and the terms of the delivery arrangement used.
This section does not limit Vapmo's obligations for verified fulfillment errors, approved shipping claims, or other rights available to the customer under applicable law or our published policies.
Term and Termination
By accessing this site, registering, or shopping with us, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. Vapmo may terminate or suspend them, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and for any reason. The provisions covering copyright, trade marks, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and miscellaneous matters survive any termination.
Returns, DOA Claims & Refunds
Returns, refunds, store credit, replacements, DOA claims, responsibility for return postage and the vape-device limited warranty are all governed by our current Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy.
In brief: new, unopened and unused products may be returnable within 30 days of delivery; opened disposables and pre-filled pods are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons, though verified initial defects may qualify under the 72-hour DOA guarantee; and vape devices carry a 30-day limited warranty from delivery against confirmed manufacturing defects.
Damaged, missing or incorrect-order claims must reach us within 48 hours of delivery, with the order, package and product information we ask for.
Packages returned because adult-signature or age-verification procedures could not be completed may attract a $15 processing fee. A replacement shipment is sent only after the original package has been returned and processed, and any reshipment charge has been communicated to you.
If these Terms and the more detailed Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy ever disagree on a shipping, return, DOA or warranty question, the more specific policy controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vapmo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that result from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or from activity connected with your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or anyone who accesses the site using your internet account.
Pricing and Payment
Listed prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges, both of which are added at checkout. The tax and shipping amounts shown during checkout are estimates pending verification, and the final figures appear once your order is processed. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits our right to collect payment for products purchased, including any applicable taxes for which the company is responsible.
